Is your child interested in cooking or where their food comes from?

New dates coming soon

The aim of our classes is to help each child develop a range of cookery skills, from fridge to table, whether they come for one day or the whole week. Whether they are already chasing a Michelin star or haven’t yet worked out where the kitchen is, our classes will suit everyone.

We’ll start off with bread-making - no bread machines here - followed by a mix of demonstrations, tasting sessions and lots and lots of hands-on action throughout the day. Each child will spend the rest of the morning preparing their own three course lunch which they will sit down to enjoy. The afternoon will focus on home baking - a range of cookies, cakes and biscuits - the results of which they will be able to take home to share with their family.

Throughout the day children will learn more about the ingredients they are using, how they are produced, where they come from and how else they can use them in their cooking.

They will have the chance to try out new flavours and will be encouraged to be as creative as they want with the food they are preparing. They will be using fresh ingredients and making as much as possible from scratch.
