A typical day starts at 10.00am with a series of lectures, including overhead projection displays and perhaps a video presentation. After lunch, participants are requested to produce a range of classic and modern cocktails, under the supervision of experienced course tutors and using genuine quality products. Our day finishes at 4.30pm. Participants are frequently requested to do some extra study in preparation for the next day. Along with all the course papers and certification, all beverages and a light lunch are included. Successful participants receive one year's membership of UKBG.
