A typical day starts at 10.00am with a series of lectures, including overhead projection displays and a video presentation. After lunch, participants are requested to produce a range of classic and modern cocktails, under the supervision of experienced course tutors and using genuine quality products. Our day finishes at 4.30pm. Participants are frequently requested to do some extra study in preparation for the next day.
