To book a course with ESFW you must complete and return an application form. We are more than happy to send you a brochure and application form, but if you wish you may print off the application form here, complete it and return it to us by post.


This website contains comprehensive information on the Edinburgh School of Food & Wine and the courses which we run. You may wish to call us to gain any answers to your remaining queries, arrange to visit the school or to check availability on your chosen course.

  • Remember to either send your remittance with the form or phone through your credit card details to secure your place. (Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis and it is advisable to call us on +44 (0) 131 333 5001 to check availability on your chosen course.)

Please note that all short courses, one day courses and evening classes must be paid for in full at the time of application in order to secure your place. The Certificate and Diploma courses require booking fees which are payable with the initial application (you may either send your remittance with the form or phone through your credit card details to secure your place). Booking fees are only refunded in the event of ESFW being unable to accept the student. The balance of fees for all courses requiring a booking fee is payable by the applicant in full, not later than four weeks before the start of the course.
