Panic Free Entertaining, our one-day practical cookery course held on Saturdays aims to take the stress out of entertaining and to make it enjoyable.
‘I attended my course on Saturday 9th June …..… the chef, did a really good job putting everyone at ease and was a fountain of knowledge! ‘From the minute we had contact with your company everything was so professional yet friendly and approachable and that is exactly as the day of cooking was too’.

Who are they for?Our Panic Free Entertaining days are suitable for both the keen amateur and the complete beginner - we can cater for all levels of experience. They are perfect for specialising in certain fields and learning specific interest skills. Why not talk to our staff about your particular areas of interest? |

Course FormatEach day begins at 10am with a short demonstration of the first dish to be prepared, followed by a ‘hands-on’ class where you will learn techniques and modern presentation, often using Scottish produce. The day continues with a mix of short demonstrations, practical cookery sessions, discussions and tastings. Then at the end of the day you get the chance to sit down and enjoy the creations you have made, accompanied by a glass of wine. Course Content
We generally cook several different dishes, giving you ideas for starters, main courses and desserts, covering a wide variety of techniques and ingredients. This is a great way to increase both your knowledge and confidence in a relaxed environment. If there are areas of cookery that attract you, why not give us a call and we can see whether or not we can cater for your particular area of interest? Why not get a group together and come and enjoy yourselves together. Gift Vouchers are available if you would like to treat your partner, a parent or a friend. To see what is available and to apply for a course, see the Course Dates page. Italian Cookery Panic Free Entertaining
