Our one-day courses and evening classes are designed for both serious enthusiasts and complete novices. The days are a mix of demonstrations and hands on practical sessions, giving you plenty of opportunity to get your hands dirty!

One Day Cookery Courses : 1 day

Panic Free Entertaining, our one-day practical cookery course held on Saturdays aims to take the stress out of entertaining and to make it enjoyable.

Glenfiddich Gourmet Cookery School for Men : 1 day

A Men Only practical cookery course held on Saturdays aimed at developing both culinary expertise and malt whisky nosing and tasting skills.

Food & Wine Evenings : 1 or more Evenings

The Food & Wine events are held on selected Friday evenings. These evenings are held in our beautiful 18th Century Coach House, where you will enjoy an evening of wine tasting accompanied by good food. These are occasions to taste quality wines from different countries throughout the world and to sample the flavours of that country.

Muddling, Mixing and Shaking : 2 hour cocktail masterclass

The art of cocktail making is not lost and we invite you to join us for a masterclass with our award-winning cocktail tutor. You decide the time and the numbers (within reason!).

Floristry Workshops & Floral Artistry : 1 day

One day courses designed to simplify flower arranging. Hands-on courses to develop and enhance your flower arranging skills. For everyday, and for those special occasions when a stunning arrangement will make all the difference.

REHIS

Essential training for all food handlers. Gain the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) Elementary and Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificates, showing that you have taken steps to be as informed as possible. Remember – an outbreak of food poisoning is defined as 2 or more affected people.
